8/5/2007 - Going to see B-52s at Wolf Trap on Wednesday!
| 8/8/2007 - I hope it's not too hot at the B-52s concert tonight. I think I'll get there around 8:30 for the show. I've seen them before, but they were so good I'm excited to be coming back!

Wednesday August 8, 2007:
B-52s was all right last night, just really hot out!! When I got to Wolf Trap, I walked up the hill because I didn't think carts were coming. Then I noticed a cart too late and even an open parking space by the top of the hill. Go figure. I grabbed dinner, ate outside the gate through the first song, and went in. The show was good, although they did play a lot of new stuff. I ended up leaving after Love Shack because it was just too hot. On the way back down to my car I could still hear Planet Claire and Rock Lobster after the encore, which I really wanted to hear, but it was just too hot to stay, and, I'd seen them before at Wolf Trap. The other song they played that I recognized was Roam which I didn't remember hearing the last time I saw them! So I got home by 11 PM and that was fine with me! Another nice thing about Wolf Trap is that they have finally banned smoking on the pavement by the lawn area, so yay! So much nicer now!!
