An Old Friend And A New Weekend

4/4/2009 - Got the storage bin all set and ready for whenever moving day will be! Wohoo! Possibly going to Jaxx later tonight to check out Hed PE. Maybe.

Saturday April 4, 2009:
I recently came across Jaxx's website and noticed Hed PE was in town. I knew Jaxx wasn't that far, in Springfield. I knew the song Bartender from Hed PE so I went. I got there around 10 and one of the opening acts was a band called Mower. They were pretty good. Two mosh pits formed. Pretty intense. Then a rapper called Dirtball was on and he was pretty cool. Finally Hed PE. I liked what the lead singer was saying about no labels and how they hated emo kids. They hated religion which was also fine by me. As I left, they were paying homage to Dimebag Darrell of Pantera. There was some pretty heavy smoke in there, so I left early. I aired out my car on the way home.
