KMFDM Sucks!

1/30/2013 - Upcoming shows include Flogging Molly at the Silver Spring Fillmore, Creed Bratton of the Office at The State Theater and KMFDM also at The State Theater! I even bought an extra for Creed Bratton if anyone's interested!!

| 3/18/2013 - KMFDM tonight!! Why is this show not at Empire/Jaxx?!

Monday March 18, 2013:
I planned this one out pretty well, having to go to gym at a half hour earlier than usual, stopping at home to take the dog out, and still getting to the venue to catch the Legion Within set. I had a great seat front row center on the top of the balcony. It was a very impressive gig, although Legion Within was just okay. I never was a huge KMFDM fan and their best song in my opinion is Juke Joint Jezebel which was unfortunately not played. So, that was a little disappointing, but they did play Megalomaniac towards the end, which was cool. It was great to see them at a venue like The State Theater with a full view of the stage but all the strobe lights were a bit excessive! Glad I wasn't in that mosh pit! Funny how the pit stayed to the left in the crowd and the fist pumpers stayed to the right. I was reminded of the time I saw Rammstein years before, it was very similar but without any fire! I did wonder why this wasn't at the Empire (Jaxx) venue. Oh well!
