Instead dancing alone I should be dancing with you
5/26/2018 - Had a really awesome egg mcmuffin type sandwich at a farmers market this morning for breakfast, then got tacos to take home with me. Ended the day rocking out to She Wants Revenge and Social Station at the Rock & Roll Hotel! Such an awesome day!!
Saturday May 26, 2018:

I had actually bought tickets for She Wants Revenge at the Baltimore Soundstage years ago and never made the trip so this was a long time coming for me especially as I generally hate the Rock & Roll Hotel. It's one of those venues with not enough elevation to the stage and a really oddly shaped room so when it gets packed, and it gets really packed, there's not a good line of sight for the band. I got to the venue about ten minutes before Social Station went on. They were a neat synth pop act, the older guy played guitar and sang while the younger kid played bass over synth loops. It was pretty decent and fit the mood for the show. Then She Wants Revenge came on around 9:15 and played for about an hour. Their set was so strong! I was in the third row and a dude in front of me was kinda tall and had curly rock metal hair. It would have been okay but he was dancing in such a large space that he was whiplashing everyone around him! The girls next to me thought it was kind of crazy too and could tell by my expression I needed to be back against the wall instead! Songs they played included Red Flags And Long Nights, These Things, Reasons, Take The World, Someone Must Get Hurt, Little Stars, Sister, Maybe She's Right, True Romance, Tear You Apart, and closed it with Out Of Control. I asked Adam for a copy of the setlist but he said no. I went upstairs after the gig and got a photo with Adam and Justin and that was so awesome! So glad I went!
