Our day was made. What could be a better way to top off clothes shopping, possible new shoes, a trip to the bookstore, and a meal at the Mixing Bowl for bi bim bap? Why an 80s cover band! I had been wanting to see them anyway but they always charge at least $25 a ticket at The State Theater, so since it was free at Tyson's Corner Plaza, we decided to check it out! It was fun, they played a lot of great 80s classics, like Madonna's Just Like A Prayer, Guns N Roses, AC DC, Footloose, Boys Of Summer, Simple Minds, etc. But they missed a lot too, like they didn't play any Prince or Michael Jackson. Still great to finally see them and it was free too! What a fun summer show.
