Running Right Through The World!
6/18/2016 - The Toasters never disappoint!!
Saturday June 18, 2016:

The Upstarters were already playing when we walked in! A bit of ska, a bit of hip hop, a Prince cover, and a classic Led Zeppelin cover of Dyer Maker and that was The Upstarters! We had checked them out on YouTube but they didn't sound that great online. Good thing they were so much better live! The Toasters came on around 11 PM and played for a solid hour including Running Right Through The World, Social Security, Pirate Radio, Decision At Midnight, Weekend In LA, Don't Let The Bastards Grind You Down. The circle pit was going through most of the night. Bucket told stories of being holed up in Richmond when the snowstorm happened in January. It was nice to have gone to see them again, even if it was round 7 for me! Glad my girlfriend is getting to know their music, too. Her particular favorites also include Decision At Midnight and Weekend In LA. Parking was really easy, right outside the entrance, and we actually hit no traffic either way, didn't even get lost anywhere, managed to squeeze in dinner at Fettoosh, and even got there just at the right time!
