8/24/2013 - The Reflex never gets old! Crazy to go right after a night with Your Cousin Marvin but it was fun all the same!

Saturday April 13, 2013:
In Your Memory was on first, but thankfully it was a really short set. When Your Cousin Marvin hit the stage, though, they really gave it their all! They played everything they knew and some. Including their covers of Kissed By A Rose (Seal) and Mother (Danzig). Turned out, my friend Nick even knew the bassist so we formally met Mike and Steve of the band before the gig too. Their sound guy was a friend of Nick's too. Great crowd, great songs. Of course No Sympathy was another highlight for me. I was also happy when Steve commented on my Local H shirt!
