Friday May 26, 2000:
This show ranks as one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen in my life! I remember it pretty clearly even to this day. I got there pretty early and was hanging out with some other fans up on the rooftop where the staff had hearded us to for a preshow wait period. Dovetail Joint was the opener and they were pretty good. I already knew their song Level On The Inside. When Local H came out it was just Scott and Joe. This show was during the days before Brian. They played all their hits at the time. Scott even swung hand over hand on the balcony all around the club. He also traded his shirt for someone's in the crowd, something like Hey I like your shirt can I have it? I even bumped into a friend from college there who gave me a ride home. I had been hoping to catch a cab at the time. Amazing night. It really set the bar high for Local H. Little did I know how many shows I would see and how it was just the beginning!
