On Two Feet 5/22/2002
Running from what, running from who.
Running from what I once knew who.
I used to be, but what I became.
Is now nothing more than just a name.
From out of nowhere you came.
You left me there in thin air.
I'm the one to take the blame.
Just a couple of times you promised that it's all true.
Now hear this rhyme comin at ya.
I'm gonna stop running 'cause I'm tired.
Of being pushed around and I'm tired of being hurt.
So next time you try somethin like that just remember who you're lookin at.
Maybe, just maybe, you will actually say.
That you could be taught and a lesson could be learnt.
I wouldn't have to be caught anyway.
I could actually just go home, walking.
