Saturday August 29, 2015:
What a show! We had luckily gotten last minute lawn tickets through Craigslist, which was where we wanted to be as opposed to house seats anyway! We wanted to dance! Even more luckily, we found a spot big enough on the lawn after grabbing dinner in DC at Beefsteak! So we munched on dinner and had some of the wine I brought. Then, Pedro Martinez Group came on and they really surprised us by how good they were! The singer could really move and the bongos were great! When Buena Vista Social Club finally came on it was awesome!! A lot of folks were dancing and we danced a lot, too! It was a little crowded on the walkway path, but okay, I just wish Wolf Trap would have signs to back people off instead of pushing us patrons around! Still a very cool show and we were both so glad we were able to dance the summer night away! What fun!
