A Purim Party

3/16/2022 - At the Sixth & I for Jewchella tonight for Purim! Fun!! Ended up having to Metro each way but worth it to not drive anywhere!

Wednesday March 16, 2022:
Jewchella was fun. I was a bit bummed not to have my girlfriend with me but I still went. It was definitely still geared towards the 20s and 30s crowd. Everyone talked during the service so it was annoying! I enjoyed Jewpardy and JWW Wordle skits. The improv parts were fun. After the intermission, it got kind of crazy with everyone dancing as they played hit songs like The Killers Mr Brightside, Lady Gaga Born This Way, Taylor Swift Shake It Off, Neil Diamond Sweet Caroline, The Beatles Hey Jude, and Green Day Time Of Your Life. They also played Hava Nagila mixed in with The White Stripes Seven Nation Army which was killer. Of course my girlfriend would have loved Livin La Vida Loca. Oh well. Metro was definitely the way to go. Traffic is getting intense around here!!
