4/29/2023 - So exciting to see Rainn Wilson talk about his new spirituality book Soul Boom at the Sixth & I Synagogue tonight!!

Saturday April 29, 2023:
I planned this one out pretty well despite the traffic on the way in and having to get a priority lyft each way which was double what I normally would have paid for! Got there just in time though at 7 PM and the event started at 7:30. I found a seat about 6 rows back, not bad! Rainn talked about spirituality and mental health awareness and why he wrote the book. Rabbi Aaron was a great host and interviewer! I was a bit annoyed the giveaway was Instagram based as I don't have Instagram but oh well. I was glad to have gone and it was cool to meet Rainn. I mentioned I was going to ask him a question about his experience with Bear Grylls but they ran out of time for questions. I liked the question about what his proudest accomplishment was and he said being married for 28 years! So sweet. The line for the photos wasn't too bad and I was home by around 9:30. Pretty cool!!
