7/22/2023 - Finally got to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy with Joey tonight at the Reston Town Center!! What a fun show!! Go Daddy-O!!

Saturday July 22, 2023:
Joey and I planned this one out pretty good! Left my home around 5 and got to the Reston Town Center in about a half hour drive. Found free parking pretty easily and grabbed dinner at the Crafthouse before the show. I had a yummy steak avocado salad and Joey had some wings and a few beers. The show was great and even better that it was free. It was a bucket list show for me since they played my college once with Ben Folds Five but I was late and missed them that year back in 1998. So glad to finally see them, just like in the movie Swingers! I recognized Jump Jive & Wail of course and Go Daddy-O but the whole show was great! I loved watching everyone on the dance floor too! So cool! Onto the next!!
