The Pietasters at the Whiskey

Saturday December 22, 2012:
I was really looking forward to this show, but it turned out to be rather disappointing. Real Flowers Fake Dirt was just an okay opener and rather dragged out the set. At least I got to hang out with Kyle, Nick, and Ratul. When The Pietasters finally came out, they played a really short set, and it was more reggae than ska! They did throw in Maggie Mae though. Still, I ended up leaving when The Pietasters finished and another band was about to go on! It was a rather long trip back home, so I decided to leave then. They just aren't always what they used to be!
