Vast at The 9:30 Club with Queens Of The Stone Age
Monday September 25, 2000:
So technically Queens Of The Stone Age was the headliner but I was there to see VAST with a few buddies. We had a great time and were very happy with the show. VAST did a great job and it was cool to hear their set including I Don't Have Anything, Pretty When You Cry, and of course Touched. Queens Of The Stone Age were a lot better than I expected and really enjoyed If Only. Also, on the way back from the show my friends commented that they saw Dave Grohl of The Foo Fighters and Nirvana fame, hanging out in the audience that night. Pretty cool, though I didn't know it at the time. Oh well, still a great show and this was my live introduction to VAST.
