back to poem list
Flickers of light ricochet in the midst of sunlight on a distant mountain of peace.
I gaze in awe of such a sight. Twilight colors scorch the sky the heavens sink lower.
Rain rain rain comes again again again.
I look frantically and colors of light hit me kill me.
I am no more the colors are gone. White light fills my world.
I gaze into nothing. All I see is nothing everything should be there but isn't.
Again again again I flee. I am trapped in a white light. There is no escape.
I scream. I am no more. Stuck.
